ISS CareTrack

Terms of Use

These terms describe acceptable use of the ISS CareTrack public website and prototype demonstration environment.

Prototype-stage notice ISS CareTrack is currently in prototype development. The application is not yet intended for production use with real patient information, protected health information, Medicaid identifiers, incident details, billing records, or official provider documentation.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the ISS CareTrack website or prototype application, you agree to use the website and demonstration environment only for lawful, appropriate, and authorized purposes. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use the website or prototype application.

2. Prototype and demonstration use only

ISS CareTrack is currently being developed and tested as a prototype. During this stage, the website and application are intended for demonstration, design review, workflow testing, and non-production evaluation only.

The prototype environment should not be used as a live clinical documentation system, billing system, compliance system, medical record system, or official provider recordkeeping system.

3. No real patient information

Users must not enter, upload, transmit, or store real patient information or protected health information in the prototype environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

4. Authorized access

Access to the ISS CareTrack prototype application may be limited to authorized users, test users, reviewers, developers, administrators, or invited demonstration participants. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

You must not attempt to access areas of the application that you are not authorized to use. You must not share login credentials, bypass security controls, test unauthorized access, or interfere with the application’s normal operation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ISS CareTrack to:

6. Demo request and website forms

Public website forms, including demo request forms, are for general business inquiries only. Do not submit patient information, provider-sensitive records, incident details, billing records, or other confidential information through public forms.

7. No professional, legal, billing, or clinical advice

ISS CareTrack is a software workflow and documentation support platform under development. Website content, prototype screens, workflow examples, and demonstration materials are provided for informational purposes only.

ISS CareTrack does not provide legal advice, clinical advice, billing advice, coding advice, reimbursement guarantees, compliance certification, or regulatory approval. Providers remain responsible for their own documentation practices, billing decisions, operational policies, clinical oversight, compliance programs, and regulatory obligations.

8. No HIPAA compliance claim during prototype stage

During the current prototype stage, ISS CareTrack should not be treated as a production HIPAA-compliant environment. Before production use involving real patient information, appropriate hosting arrangements, business associate agreements, policies, safeguards, access controls, audit controls, and operational procedures should be reviewed and finalized.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

ISS CareTrack, including its name, design, workflows, software structure, page layouts, documentation concepts, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to the ISS CareTrack project owner. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, sell, or commercially exploit the website or application without permission.

10. Availability and changes

Because ISS CareTrack is in active development, features, pages, workflows, buttons, reports, dashboards, database structures, and system behavior may change without notice. Access may be interrupted, limited, or disabled for maintenance, testing, security, redesign, or migration activities.

11. Account activity and audit logs

User activity in the prototype application may be logged for security, testing, audit trail design, troubleshooting, and workflow verification. These logs may include account activity, page access, record status changes, timestamps, and other operational events.

12. Third-party services

The website and prototype may rely on third-party hosting, email, domain, database, or infrastructure services. Production use involving regulated healthcare information should be reviewed to ensure appropriate agreements, safeguards, and service configurations are in place.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and prototype application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during development. No warranty is made that the system will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, suitable for production use, or compliant with any specific legal, clinical, billing, operational, or regulatory requirement during the prototype stage.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISS CareTrack and its project owner are not responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized use, misuse, entry of prohibited information, reliance on prototype features, service interruptions, errors, omissions, or use of the system before production controls are finalized.

15. Termination or restriction of access

Access to the website or prototype application may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time if use appears unauthorized, unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with these Terms of Use.

16. Updates to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as ISS CareTrack evolves from prototype development toward production readiness. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
